Blocks and items related to colors are not sorted in the correct way. Instead of being sorted by color like in the Bedrock, those blocks are sorted in a very weird way.
Where we can see this sorting:

This is because the data values of dyed items was ordered in that way before 1.13. This won't be fixed until a full inventory overhaul is done. (
MC-1797)From now on, we only accept reports about "incorrect" creative inventory sort ordering if the items/blocks were added in the Nether Update (1.16) or later. All other issues will be closed as a duplicate of
