Blinking User Interface is a glitch that occurs if you stay pressed on a key on your keyboard. (controller hase not been tested)
For example: the inventory Interface starts blinking if you continuously press the key bind. This takes also effect for the function keys as F1 and F5... This is part of a known problem with older versions that has been fixed. But in 1.14 it is happening in ether creative or survival mode.
I was thinking that staying key pressed would "action" only once the desired function. I wasn't expecting a quick succession of opening and closing.
This take effect on lots of version: 1.14 - 1.14.1 - 1.14.2 and also some old versions.
