When an item has been made in a furnace, if it is shift-clicked at nearly the same time it is made, it does not show in the items in the inventory until it is closed and re-opened.

I get the same thing. Also happens to items in my inventory I'm shift-clicking into the furnace just before the current item in the furnace is smelted. Show correctly when closing and re-opening
