MC-160002Renamed item frames do not keep their name after being placed and picked up again.
When you name an item frame "Harold" and place it on a wall, It loses its name after you take it off the wall. The name of the item frame will then again be "Item Frame"

Works as intended. This is the case for all blocks and collectable entities in the game. Banners are an edge case due to the ominous banner.
