MC-16559Exiting boats near land is annoying
Make a simple dock. Get in a boat, park next to the dock. Right-click the boat to disembark it.
Very often you will not be put on the dock, but rather in the water, causing you to push the boat into the dock and breaking it.

This is a bug report and not a feature request, I had the same thing happen to me in 14w8a. I assume these docks are docks.
