MC-1696sticky piston tops get stuck in the air sometimes when you hook it up to a rapid pulser and break the bottom part
so i was messing around with redstone and noticed the glitch, good luck on the bug fixing

oh and another "bug" i just noticed (sorry) i had my minecraft in a small window and took a screenshot, looked at it and it was cut off at the size of the window so thats why it looks so strange (dont know if it is suposed to be like that but just in case i wrote it down)
