These two banner patterns exist in Bedrock Edition, but not on Java Edition, and should be ported over to Java Edition to keep version parity.

This is older than 1.15, so this shouldn't be here.
Would it be possible to have this looked at given recent changes to these banner patterns in the latest Bedrock Edition preview build?
