Comparing the new texture to the old Pigman texture, it looks like the left leg/arm texture is not mirrored like it used to be, resulting in two right legs/two identical members.
Also happens to the loincloth the piglin is wearing

Zombified Piglin/Piglin left arm/leg and loincloth textures are not mirrored properly
This report is about a different mob altogether, however the bug is really the same

Initially I thought this was caused by the texture being changed to support separate left/right arms/legs, but a quick edit of the texture reveals that the left arm/leg are just reusing the right arm/leg textures.
This is a duplicate of
MC-172250, unless this report is only about zombified piglins.
