Though it's a crossbow and not gold, piglins don't change their current crossbows to a enchanted one.
How to reproduce
- Summon a piglin
- Have an unenchanted crossbow and drop it near the piglin

The piglin picks up the crossbow - Have an enchanted crossbow and drop it near the piglin
→
The piglin ignores the enchanted crossbow.

It seems that piglins still prefer using their regular unenchanted crossbow for a enchanted one despite MC-180064 being fixed. And yes, mobGriefing was set to true, and their CanPickUpLoot tag is set to 1b and the version is in 20w19a.
Maybe its because the issue MC-172090 is preventing the piglins from switching their current crossbows for an enchanted one.
Can reproduce in 19a. Reopen?
Confirmed to still be an issue in 20w19a, piglins just don't seem to care if a crossbow is enchanted (better than the one they currently have) or not.
I've already made a clone ticket of this at
MC-182912, hkniberg already assigned himself to that ticket. Can this be resolved again as Fixed?
