MC-182663Banners don't render when worn by Witches
Witches, when given a banner in their head slot, do not render it. This is inconsistent with all other humanoid mobs, such as all illagers, zombies, villagers, piglins, and skeletons. Even vexes render banners, but witches don't.
Alongside witches, other mobs don't render the banner such as giants, but these may be intended.
I'm not sure how far back this bug goes (probably to 1.14) but I haven't seen it mentioned here at all.

For giants, they're unsupported, but armor does render on them still
MC-48071.What about the iron golems and snow golems? They're still vaguely humanoid (meaning they have a recognizable head upon which to place a banner and they stand upright). You removed my mention of the golems in my ticket. Is this intentional?
I made this ticket to be only about witches, so it's clear which bug is actually reported here
It's fair to mention other instances in here though they should also be reported in a separate report.
I don't know whether it may or may not be intended for golems, that's something for Mojang to decide. Note that there is nothing wrong with reporting something that will eventually be closed as WAI, since you often can't know whether it's intended or not.
