Can this still be reproduced in 21w40a without wooded badlands plateau since that was removed in 21w40a

In 21w08b you will be spawned inside a block at y = 66. So this now duplicates / relates to MC-185033
Confirmed, this seems to be limited to certain world and biome types however.
This appears fixed in 21w42a
