Items in an anvil/crafting table are deleted if player is hurt by dragon
What I expected to happen: Upon leaving the GUI the items would be thrown onto the ground.
What actually happened: The items were deleted.
To recreate: 1. Place items in anvil/crafting table
2. Take damage from the dragon
3. The items will have been deleted

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
