Specifying pitch in /playsound command causes error
When I specify the pitch of a sound in /playsound command it gets this error:
Player <player> is too far away to hear the sound
Steps to reproduce:
1-Type this in console: /playsound mob.creeper.death @p 1.0 1.0
2-Click enter.
Note that it made an error.

I have been trying /playsound random.explode @a ~ ~ ~
and I always see Player <player> is too far away to hear the sound.


Syntax is
If you want to specify the Volume and Pitch without coordinates you have to issue
when I do it on the snapshot I can't hear anything.
