You obviously did not see the video. It is NOT the same issue. The sound doesn't get stuck, but it starts making an annoying sound that isn't supposed to be there. It does NOT repeat and does NOT get stuck! Please remove your comment!

I am having the exact same problem. The sounds would be normal and then would change to the "Bumping" sound. After a while, the sound would revert back to normal. After a while, the bumping sound would return. I also have noticed that at specific points in the map, I would hear the "Bumping" sound.
I'm glad someone finally saw this... I really hope mojang gets around to this soon. But I do admit, it is hard to replicate, and I have no idea how to replicate it.
