MC-21266This is a little glitch with the fence gate well it looks like a glitch because usually the fence gates auto link up to fences ??
i placed a fence gate on an angle thinking it would automatically link up but instead the other fences linked up to nothing and the fence gate was turned i could walk through the fence gate when it was open but my horse couldn't (he had a saddle with gold armor)

It has always been this way (as of at least 1.4.7).
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
