You are using 1.16.2 in the video, mind attempting to reproduce in 1.16.5 or in the latest snapshot. i attempted with the exact same autoclicker and I cannot reproduce
In addition, you are using a modified client and show no proof that your "duplicated" items aren't ghost items. Try again in vanilla 1.16.5 or 21w05b.
Please provide proper reproduction steps for latest 1.16.5 unmodified, vanilla Minecraft.

this will not work in survival therefore it's useless
