I was using the 1.18 datapack and i was in spectator and there were no caves at all ,Idk why
There were some diamonds somehow really high up like in the photo

Be aware that any datapack with biome changes corrupts worlds (
MC-197616, 1.16.1 was the earliest it was reported,). Just a warning since you mentioned using the CavesAndCliffsPreview datapack.With the diamond ore changes in 1.17.1 is this still an issue for you? Please check it on a new world instead of the pre-existing one
