The Bug:
You can no longer use the up or down arrow to navigate between servers in the multiplayer menu.
This issue was not present in 1.16.5.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Make sure that you have two or more servers displayed in the multiplayer menu.
- Select a server either by clicking on it or pressing tab.
- Attempt to use the down arrow to navigate downwards.

Observed Behavior:
You can no longer use the up or down arrow to navigate between servers in the multiplayer menu.
Expected Behavior:
You would be able to use the up and down arrow to navigate between servers in the multiplayer menu.

Can confirm. Note that this makes the server list unusable for keyboard users.
