Summary:
Click on a waterlogged blocks with a water bucket does not place water next to a waterlogged block. This is not a problem at 1.19.2.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a waterlogged block.
- Place water into it.
- Try to place a water block near the placed block.
Observed results:
You cannot place water by aiming on a waterlogged block.
Expected results:
Water will be placed as in 1.19.2.

Looks like
MC-127110was fixed incorrectly. Emptying water buckets into waterlogged blocks should only be done by aiming at adjacent blocks.
