The bug
The "create new world" tab has a bug where the "tip" won't disappear, therefore stays in front of everything.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the Create New World menu.
- Press Tab once.
- Notice how the game mode tooltip hovers over the button.
- Move the mouse downwards and hover over the other buttons.
- The first tooltip stays in place.

I had the same with other tips
Hello! Can I get some repro steps for this, are any keys pressed on the keyboard while you are cycling throught the game mode?
Added reproduction steps to summary. It seems that the tooltips by buttons interacted with Tab take priority over the hovered ones, which might be intentional, but this makes seeing the below button's label/text much harder.
Hi! I only clicked my left mouse button, then moved the mouse in another direction. No other keys used.
