MC-260924Item statistics can show multiple items with the same name including different Music Discs
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Throw 2 different discs on the floor
2) Check statistics to see that both discs are called "Music Disc" which means you can only use their texture to differentiate between them
As of 24w33a, Smithing Templates and Banner Patterns each show their full name in the statistics screen to tell them apart. Music discs still don't have their particular name.

Confirmed. The most logical fix (to me) here is to add the lore entries that depend in item ID (eg not the instrument line for goat horns, as it depends on NBT).
This issue is still present on Minecraft 1.19.4 release candidate 3. This issue also relates to
MC-29371as both result from the statistics screen using a custom tooltip implementation.This behavior still exists in Minecraft snapshot 23w14a.
