Camera snaps to down position when exiting an invetory with raw mouse input enabled
When raw input is enabled in mouse settings when exiting an inventory like the player's or a chest the camera will snap to looking down,[ easiest way to replicate is to hold inventory button and move mouse around like this|https://drive.google.com/file/d/1n4NoP2r6ljN5NMXT9zREelfPB7EK1qHT/view?usp=sharing]
Also tested and confirmed to affect 1.19.2, 1.19.3, 1.19.4 and 1.20

mouse issue + keyboard issue
Was not able to replicate this myself. As BubblesPlayzYT stated, it's likely an issue with your mouse.

must be a weird interaction between something in my setup as it doesn't happen in older minecraft versions or any where else and the mouse behaves normally otherwise
