Switching to fullscreen mode/dragging the bounds in non-fullscreen mode could cause the screen to mess up entirely
so basically:
1: go into non-fullscreen mode
2: do something that will cause your pc to lag (open other apps, etc)
3: switch back to fullscreen mode (i used f11 for that)
4: see error
5: going to visual settings menu fixes the issue somehow
