MC-274907Text Display (see_through: 1b) has an incorrect rendering
To reproduce: **
/summon text_display ~ ~ ~ {text:"rendering...",see_through:1b,billboard:center}
Put any special block, such as: head, campfirefire(particles), banner, glass and you can notice that these blocks are in the foreground, although there should be text on it.
