Minecraft does not connect to DNS translated IPV6 servers
When using a DDNS service, i can't get Minecraft to connect to my server using IPV6. It does not connect on the PC hosting, another PC on the same network, or my friend's PC across the internet.
Connecting from a direct IPV6 address works in all cases, and using No-IP's DDNS service works with an IPV4 address, but not an IPV6 address.
This is not an issue with the firewall, Windows Defender's firewall was turned off during testing. I have made sure that the DDNS address functions as should.
Environment
Hosting on Windows 11, Java version Temurin-21.0.3+9

Minecraft does not connect to DNS translated IPV6 servers
When using No-IP's DDNS service, i can't get Minecraft to connect to my server using IPV6. It does not connect on the PC hosting, another PC on the same network, or my friend's PC across the internet. Inputting the IPV6 address directly connects to the server in all cases, but using the DDNS address provided by No-IP does not work in any case.
I have made sure that the DDNS address works, basic ping commands show that the IPV6 address has been correctly assigned to the DDNS address.
