MC-276225Missing information in written books, signs, etc when updating.
When updating from 24w13a to newer versions, information in books and signs disappear.
What I expected to happen was...:
Books and signs keep written when I updated the game to 1.21.1.
What actually happened was...:
Signs lost what i wrote in them and books changed to "written books" with no info in them.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write a book in the snapshot 24w13a.
2. Update the world to the following snapshots or updates.

We have removed it and added the latest released version
Please edit the Affects Version/s field and select the specific Released Version you were using when you encountered the reported issue.

Can confirm with the books; the signs are only empty in my case when I right click to edit them, and only until I reload the world.
Duplicate ofThe written books issue is already tracked inMC-270325.Upgrading from snapshots is not always supported. Resolving as a duplicate of
MC-270325, see the comments there.The issue with the signs has not been covered by that bug report. You could create a new bug report for that, but I'd expect the resolution and reasoning to be exactly the same.
