MC-276861The player can sometimes teleport through blocked end portals when moving very fast
You could teleport through blocked end portals with very fast speed.
This doesn't happen in 1.21.1.
This also affects nether portals in creative(I didn't test end gateways)
Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a superflat world, build and lit an end portal centered at (20, -60, 20).
2.Block the end portal with solid blocks.

2./tp @s 39.7 -60 37.7 135.1 0
3./effect give @s minecraft:speed 100 255
4.Hold Sprint and run forwards.
Observed result:
You could teleport through the end portal.
Expected result:
You won't teleport through the end portal since it's blocked.
