Pale hanging moss cannot be replaced when attempting to place blocks in the same space as it.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place down some pale hanging moss.
- Attempt to replace the pale hanging moss with a solid block.
Observed Behavior:
Pale hanging moss cannot be replaced.
Expected Behavior:
Pale hanging moss would be able to be replaced.
