MC-277657Arrows are not correctly affected by rising bubble columns
This first occurred in 1.21.2-pre4.
Steps to reproduce:
- Build a soul sand bubble column.
- Shoot an arrow into it.
It does not rise to the top, instead staying in the middle of the bubble column.
