As of Update 21.3, Iron Golems will no longer spawn anywhere. Iron golems continued to spawn in the villagers' clusters, but they stopped altogether. The iron farm, which used to work well, also broke down.

It works well in the new world. But, it does not work only in existing worlds.

Please attach a copy of the world used to reproduce this bug. Additionally, see if you can recreate the problem with iron golems not spawning in a new world, to verify you can reliably reproduce the issue.
It works well in the new world. But, it does not work only in existing worlds.

I think it is different from
MC-277889.In my case, No iron gloem spawns everywhere.
I checked your world, and there are iron golems around your farm and other villager setups, so your villagers are detecting those and not spawning new ones. Before 1.21.2, they used to spawn more iron golems because all the existing iron golems were more than 16 blocks away from the villagers. Because of
MC-277889and the fact that your world was created before 1.21.2, your villagers can now detect golems up to around 45 blocks away, which is why you never see them spawn any of them anymore.If you kill all the iron golems around your villagers, you will see them spawn more golems.
In the village at x.566 z.957 in my world, I followed your guidance and checked the distance between the iron farm and the iron golem in the village. There is enough distance whice more than 45 block away between them, but the iron golems are still not spawning.
