- Attempt to set it on fire (with flint&steel), it will not burn

Since when are wet plants flammable? Also, as a general rule, non-solid blocks can't be burned.
hows it non-solid, it has a collision box
also, all plants should be flammable
"Non-solid" == "Not a full block"
