MC-29170Can't craft enchanting table
Despite using the proper setup (Nothing, Book, Nothing; Diamond, Obsidian, Diamond; Obsidian, Obsidian, Obsidian), there is no option to craft an Enchantment table.
It simply does not show up.

Unable to reproduce. Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

It appears you're on a public server, these may be the issues to look at:
1)lag
2)server plugins
3)permissions^
Perhaps you don't have permission to create an Enchant table due to server plugins...
Resolving as invalid.
