When I go get an item in creative mode, it grabs 64 of it and I cant place it in my invatorey.

2. I think I know what you mean. You're in creative mode with a full inventory and you try and pick something up. It picks up the item but it doesn't pop into your inventory. This is intended if thats what you mean,

This is an issue that only sometimes happens in creative mode, it's some kind of bug with Java or LWJGL or something to that extent. Closing and re-opening Minecraft (or sometimes exiting your world/re-entering) fixes the bug. It's not always clear what causes it, from my experience.
@Gravity I tried reponing the world 2 rimes no such luck so I restarted minecraft
Sounds like the shift key may be stuck.
