I tried to make a LAN world with my friend, but it stayed on the connecting to server screen for over half an hour. The same happened then I tried to connect to his. Please help!

What is your system configuration (goes in the environment section), what type of internet connection are you using? Did this work in previous versions? Are you and your friend using the same game version?
