{motion:[X,Y,Z]} has no effect
When using the command:
/summon FallingSand ~ ~3 ~ {TileID:#,Data:#,motion:[0.0,1.0,0.0]}
Does not make the block move when it spawns, it just falls.
Using

It does not make the Falling entitie move* Ill fix that later.
