MC-33654Enchanted Items in Item Frames
Enchanted Items in Item Frames look enchanted but the glowing animation doesn't play. However, each time another item frame gets updated (Item inserted/retrieved/rotated) the glow syncs with the current frame of the animation but still doesn't move.
