FPS settings bugs game
When playing normally, it seems the texture colors, and the way they load in seems to glitch based on your FPS (frames per second). When doing a trial and error, it seems the higher you set your FPS, the worse it becomes. When setting your FPS to lock at 30, it takes away most of the loading glitches, but still has a few every so often. Then when setting it to 60-120, parts of the chunks begins to move around at a fast rate. Then setting it any higher will make the world flash on and off.

FPS settings bugs game
When playing normally, it seems the texture colors, and the way they load in seems to glitch based on your FPS (frames per second). When tying to find a solution, I switched off "balanced" FPS to "Power Saver" FPS for trial and error, and it stopped the distortion. Then when switching back to "balanced", the screen flashes to look like the pictures I added below.

Also, in 1.7.2, based on how high you set your FPS, the worse it gets. You even see a small rendering issue when it's placed on 30 FPS.

I never got this issue. Is it glitched on unlimited FPS?
Yeah. When you set it to unlimited FPS, the world seems to flash or reload at a very fast rate.
Well if you count having the night vision effect occasionally black out the world for a bit as part of this, then I have noticed this. If not, then I haven't noticed it.
Could it be because I'm on Windows?
The world I first spotted it on a world I haven't gotten night vision potions yet. and yeah. I people thought it was similar, but the world doesn't go black, it almost looks like it tries to reload chunks that are already loaded, and fails at loading them, so it glitches out or something. And it might, I'm not sure. I haven't seen this problem posted before.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
Quite old graphics driver. Update for free to OS X 10.9 "Mavericks" .
That fixed it! I'm actually really glad it was me needing to update rather than it being a bigger bug.
