I will be playing at about 30-60 fps than for about 15 seconds I have 10 or below fps. It doesnt matter what biome I am in or gamemode. Or superflat or amplifed. It just happens, like rain on the mindcrack server.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
I guarantee its due to lag or slow net connectivity.
