MC-45065I died in the end, respawned at my bed and then the game crashed
I was in the end about to work on my Enderman farm but I fell off and died. When I respawned at my bed in the overworld, the game crashed.

OS: Windows 7 (ver 6.1, arch amd64)
Java: 1.7.0_45 (by Oracle Corporation)
Launcher: Minecraft Launcher 1.3.8 (bootstrap 5)
