MC-48535Creeper explosion animation missing if mobGriefing set to false
Basically, creeper explosions are lacking the animation, and instead just flash white when they are about to explode.

Um I don't think this is a duplicate of
MC-47455.It's true they flash white, but the bug is saying they are missing the explosion animation.
I came to post this exact bug.
This is true IF mobGriefing is set to false.
Could a mod reopen this and possibly clarify the description?
