Repeater stuck "on"
With a clock of 1 tick "on" and 1 tick "off", when I put repeaters on it, all blink on and off as they should, except the last repeater, it is always "On". I have tried it with different amount of repeaters in a row, same result all normal except last repeater. I tried it with many different types of clockes.
Environment
on a server, windows 8.1, on client windows 8.1, and windows7 latest java version of 16.03.14

Can you confirm its outputting a constant signal? It may just be a graphical issue
Ok... Can confirm this issue. It is outputting a constant signal at that point but the issue seems that even 2 repeaters will do it. The end repeater is always on... more than likely its a rounding error in the Redstone doing this for fast clocks
Still in 1.8.1-pre1
still an issue in 1.8.3
Still an issue in 1.11 (Late 2016)
