MC-54158Redstone dust not lining up.
When placing redstone dust they do not connect into one line. The make individual ones.
What I expected to happen was when I placed the redstone they would make a line.
What actually happened was they did not connect.
1. Place redstone dust in a line anywhere.

This has been known to occur due to a problem with Resource Pack. Try taking any resource packs u have on off and see if this is still an issue. My screen has same thing, but only due to my resource pack.
