MC-58380Light level is 15 even at night
In the new debug screen, the light level is always "15 sky" when you aren't under anything. If you do go under something, it lowers as if it was daytime, however, at night, it still acts as if it was daytime.

Windows 7 OS, Java version is 1.7.0_51-b13

Works As Intended. This value represents the maximum possible sun light at that block, see bl (block light) for actual light level.
nope. bl only shows stuff like from torches, glowstone, fire, lamps, etc. look at rl ('real light')
