This bug is similar to MC-59897 and related to MC-60153, but I thought it deserved its own bug report. Sorry if it's duplicated, I couldn't find another bug report like this one.
As you can see in the attached screenshots, doors in strongholds generate with the top part duplicated and it looks really weird. If you notice, the hitbox is also bugged. I opened them, and the door opening sound played, but I couldn't go through the door.
I don't see what the problem was, but searge apperantly fixed it
A somewhat dark line was wrapping around the 2 lower doors.
That "dark line" is just the box that appears around the selected block... Have you ever even played Minecraft?
I rather think he means, the door when placed doesn't correspont to the item
