MC-6893Snow generation bug in Taiga biome.
Seems to be generating stripes of snow and ice over water in some areas of the Taiga biome, not all of it.
Environment
OSX 10.8, running Snapshot 13w02a vanilla. Latest java version.
Created new world. Seed: 'snow', creative mode, large biome, cheats on, cheat chests off. structures on.
