(Kumasasa) Filled buckets aren't supposed to stack.
This works probably as intended because you caused this bug
For example you can also use this
To get a stack of milk buckets in a container
Both can not be achieved without using commands and is not caused by the game itself
Sure, didn't see that.
But, as Marcono1234 already stated, this is caused by you since you set up a custom villager with already 3 buckets stacked.
