MC-980Server Not loading

What I expected to happen was for my server to load.
What actually happened was no one can connect to my server even though it was working 10 minutes before updating it to 1.4.2
Steps to Reproduce:
1.To trigger the bug, you need to try and connect to my server.

What do you mean the "server" is not loading? You mean that the server program isn't starting? The map isn't loading? Player's can't load the world?
Please include more information about your server, such as OS, RAM, CPU, Java version, etc.
Also, how do you expect people to "try and connect to" your server when you didn't include the IP?
