Multiple players including myself have gone through a map time and time again, but have never been able to find the entrance to unlock a specific dungeon. Multiple website guides also state that they themselves have had issues finding these locations after starting a level many times. One of the levels where this issue occurs most is the entrance to Soggy Cave from Soggy Swamp. The entire area has been searched and the map has been filled in, but the entrance to unlock the level is nowhere to be seen.

In my experience from playing the closed beta, optional secret dungeons seem to generate very rarely. I needed to play Pumpkin Pastures 10 times until a dungeon showed up there. And then there were actually three dungeons in the level, if I remember correctly.
Is this what you're talking about? I haven't played the level you're referring to yet.
Me and a friend also can't find the entrance into Soggy Cave, it's taken us 20 tries to even find it. When we did find it, we couldn't click on it due to another bug.
I tried to find the Cave Secret in Soggy Swamp (with play run to the actuall position) now 10 times. Just 1 time it generated (an exit??) which wasn't usable as the "door - mechanic" was on the other site.
Anyway I'm trying to get it generated now by starting the swamp and going on the map. It either displays 0/1 or 0/0 secrets on the map. (As found out by IGN: https://www.ign.com/wikis/minecraft-dungeons/How_to_Find_Every_Secret_Level the secret entrance is only there when 0/2 secret is displayed and by that actually generated.)
I'm in my 50th start of the Soggy Swamp and can't get it to generate. For a random spawn that would be way out of reach for a casual player.

0/2 Secrets is for users who have entered the end room of the Stone Building at camp (to start the Rune Quest)
0/1 is for when the user hasn't done the above.
