MCD-1685Cannot keep progress. Character deletion
played for about 18 hours since release, about 10 of those went into a character that got up to around level 50, we then went to help a friend that had just downloaded the game so i made a second character! But im guessing doing that deleted my first one, since when i came back later he was gone. So hell, i continued on with my 2nd for a good couple of hours, bringing him to around level 30-32 and then decided to log off. Surprise surprise i get in the game this morning, and it makes me go through 1st time setup, all characters are gone.
Something needs to happen about this, i've reinstalled for the 1st time right after that, but it still seems to do the same thing and delete any second character immediately, and the main after resetting the game.
Also Hero DLC is currently unavailable? This is all through the windows store

I also had this problem. I downloaded through the Microsoft store, and the DLC didn't work so I tried reinstalling to the Hero edition. Come to find out, my main hero level 23 or around there is gone, all I'm left with is my level 8 which I used for local play.
Same happened here, pretty devastating
