In Fiery Forge mission, in the second area you can get stuck so you cannot move at all and must exit to camp. Check the screenshot below.
I use the XBOX Gamepad to control my character directly as opposed to the click-to-move KB+M one.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
